Shipping & Handling Policies

Please review these policies before making a purchase.​

Shipping:

My Cute Pawz Pet Boutique makes every effort to ship your in-stock items within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. Please allow extra time during the holidays and busier season. All shipping times are approximate. We will do our very best to get your order to you in the timeliest fashion possible. 

If an item is out of stock and you are interested in this item, please send us an email and we will contact you as soon as possible when the item is back in stock. 

My Cute Pawz Pet Boutique is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses given, refused shipments and/or not limited to lost packages. You will be sent an email when your order has been shipped, partially or in full. 

You will see your final shipping costs, if any, prior to checkout. Please email us if you have any questions at all and we will be more than happy to assist you. 

 

Returns: 

Your satisfaction as a customer is important to us at My Cute Pawz Pet Boutique. However, we do realize that issues arise. 

Please advise that not all pet products use the same sizing measurements. Be sure to check each clothing item's sizing chart. Proper measurement is the surest way to avoid returns due to sizing issues. To guide you in measuring your dog and choosing the right items, we provide the sizing charts for each item of clothing. 

All sales are final. Returns are accepted at the discretion of My Cute Pawz Pet Boutique. Returns are accepted if there is a defect in the product in all circumstances. You must email us within 7 days of the receipt of your order. We will do everything in our power to resolve the situation. 

All returned clothing merchandise must be in its original packaging, complete with packaging materials, unworn and in pristine condition. No item will be accepted for return/exchange that has dog hair on them. If you were unsure of the sizing, we suggest you measure your dog and then measure the piece of clothing you ordered prior to trying it on your dog. Once it has been tried on, it is no longer returnable. This policy is to ensure that every customer of My Cute Pawz Pet Boutique receives items in new, excellent condition. 

Any sale item will not be accepted for return. 

 

Guidelines for Requesting Exchange: 

Please email us within 7 days of receipt of your item. Please note in the email the order number as well as the explanation of the issue. We will then give proper instructions on how to proceed. If we agree to issue an exchange, we will provide you with an address to where you can return ship your purchase at your expense. Any item returned to us must be in its original and unused conditions. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping fees and that a fee will be assessed to re-ship a new item if need be.
